Olympiada Residential Complex & Villas

The complex

Inspired by the legacy of Olympias, this residential complex reflects its unique identity through its proximity to Alexandrou Chora. Set in the wider area of Kavala, the complex combines modern architecture with elevated design elements, creating a distinctive accommodation option for guests seeking both comfort and character near the coast. The landscaped courtyard features a shared swimming pool, barbecue area, and open green spaces, while on-site parking ensures ease of access throughout your stay.

The property includes a variety of accommodation types, from one-bedroom apartments with direct pool access—ideal for couples—to spacious lofts suited for families and groups. In addition, private detached villas with three or four bedrooms offer generous living areas and rooftop terraces with panoramic sea views, perfect for sunset gatherings and more exclusive holiday experiences. This combination of options makes the complex a versatile choice for short-term rentals in the well-endowed setting of the Ofrynio.
